Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Gimmick platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Gimmick is a SaaS platform that helps content creators manage and publish vertical videos and other content to social networks including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The Service acts as an intermediary, using OAuth authorization to publish content on behalf of users who have explicitly granted permission.

• You must provide a valid email address to access the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When you connect a social network account (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) to Gimmick, you authorize the Service to publish content on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the account in the Settings section or directly through the respective platform's security settings.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service. Content must comply with the terms of service of each social network platform.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Publish spam, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Gimmick a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

If you provide API keys for third-party services (such as OpenAI or Anthropic), you are responsible for any costs incurred through the use of those keys. Gimmick stores these keys encrypted and uses them solely to provide the Service features you have requested.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Gimmick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed publications, data loss, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
